10 October - Kristien De Wolf guest lecturer at PLATO. A great workshop thanks to the brlllant entrepreneurs attending. We worked with 4 teams on real venture cases. Our input was a small hands-on framework for quick screening and problem solving. In 3 hours the projects significantly improved their strategies.

7 April - Clientonomy guest at the Innovation Day, Handelsbeurs Gent. Great event, very relevant subject. Anita Beysen and Bart Beasart did a great job convincing the audience of the need for client centric thinking and also pleaded to sell solutions to clients (not 'stuff'). Exactly our view.
